I Just Ate...
And my friend asked me to workout with him... Now, should I wait a half hour or longer... I mean, it's squat day and I usually don't eat for like an hour plus before a workout... So... I don't wanna throw up

even though itsnot about lifting when i played football in highschool at practice one day they served us breakfast and then 10 mins later we are in full pads and i was subbin for the nose guard and the center puked all on the ball right in front of me. it was disgusting

I'd wait atleast an hour. I've puked while squating, and it's not fun.
