well, grass is always greener i guess. its just the lifestyle and weather, and i believe its cheaper to live (england is ran by robbing sons of bitches, plus this time in 10 years there wont be any english left on the island as the polish, croatians, bulgarian, latvian, africans, kosovons and indians will have taken over) plus i have dreams of making it big in pro wrestling, and have had since the age of about 4 lol. best place to get noticed.

its weird, whenever i think of my future, even subconsiously, im always in america

i know a few people that live in monster houses in northern jersey that cost about 500k

even out here on long island you can find nice houses for $400k+ in good communities. not the biggest houses but nice quiet neihborhoods nice yards, and good schools. the house im in now is about $250 a square foot about 2,000sqf around $500k

texas you can get some nice 3,000+sqf homes for lots less

not where we live. I've looked at older 2 bedrooms maybe 1000sq ft and they were pushing 400k. They were in good area's but still. I've had apartments larger then these homes.

Houses&taxes are not much cheaper in south jersey either.....Currently paying $1,184/month in TAXES alone... For that much you would think the ****ing trash men would be coming inside my house and removing the bag from my trash can...

He should look into Sadle river.

A small house that need to be knocked down is 1.5mil. And taxes are 20k year. Or frankline lakes 1.8mil home tax 28k year.

Not anymore, AZ has changed a ton in the last 5-10 years. Homes that were 150K 5 years ago are now 300K or more.

hmm i didnt think it was that high..

out by me the the areas change in price so much like one block will be som 1mil-4mi houses with $60k+ a year in taxes and then you go 1/4 mile down on the bock and you got your $500k houses with $10k taxes then a little further youll have some $400k with a 1mil house right next to it..my friends house is worth $585k and the house next door is only worth 300k

why the hell would you pay $500k+ for a shity house in new jersey?!
lol no offense really to any of you guys that live there, but i dont care for jersey all that much
