Music at the Gym - I need to go to Church.

If there's one thing I can't stand it's PM Dawn, Justin Timberlake, and Enya blaring at my gym!

Especially when I forgot my iPod.

Sorry.... It had to be said.

Need to go to church for the mighty violent thoughts I had on what I'd like to do to the sound system there.

Indeed. Don't forget the damned iPod next time.

i cant believe they hardly ever play hanson's shoo op anymore, that used to really get me pumped. that exactly why my gains have slowed down over the years.

My GYM's music is horrible as well. It is almost always crappy pop or pop rap which is horrible to workout to.

One time, mid cardio session, my iPod battery died. Within a minute or two, I had to leave because I just couldn't run to music that horrible.

I cant believe that it bothers you guys so much. What you can lift more if your favorite heavy metal song is on?

I dont like their sound, the vocals and instrument timing just sound way off, it just sounds like a bunch of rambling amongst drums and guitars, I like death metal and black metal, but the traditional kind where the song still has a chorus. I think my 2 fav. bands would be In Flames #1, and Lamb of God #2
