I do not hunt for food, sport, or any reason other than the KILL and that is because I CAN! CAN YOU?

I wanted to point out another thing about hunters. You people that get steaks and burgers down at the local walmart dont have to put your hands into the cavity of that animal and gut it out. So while you sound virtuous, you are reaping the works of other men. I actually slice that deer open and remove the guts and cut the ass out and slice its throat all the way to its mouth.
I could describe the rest but Im sure you get my point.

I can see deer...for overpopulation reasons I suppose, but even for fun, that stretches it for me. I wasnt aiming at you per say, or anyone here for that matter. Sorry if I came off wrong. I just dont care for my neighbor or these big game hunters, i.e. elephants, whales, bears, sharks...etc.
I love ev1 here!
Me nice

When a pending legal issue I have going is settled I plan on paying to go on a Buffalo Hunt with Ted Nugent. That's the extent of my "Safari" experiencing.

Yep. $4500 to go on a guided hunt with him and that includes shipping the meat. Gotta wait for some things to be finished but it will be worth the wait.

Airsoft? How well do those things shoot. Looking for something to deter squirrels in my wife's garden without killing them. Was thinking airsoft might be a good option.

I don't enjoy hunting or do any of that kind. I love to look at things that have life and watch them live. I think thats what is beautiful about everyone of us in this earth, life it self.

hunting is just fun. gettin outta office, class, baseball and chillin an killin deer. if we didnt hunt then they would be way overpopulated. Why do you think we half a full doe season now instead of a couple weeks. Cuz we will get imbred deer that are born retarded with defects and then they would suffer. Some poeple lover it some dont but havein the huge 14 point mounted in the living room to me is ****ing sweet

I just like to shoot shit?? Maybe Im f'd up but its fun. Half the time we dont use the animal, Coons, Possums, most fur bearers. Most people i know deer hunt for bragging rights on the biggest deer. Cabela's paid a million dollars for a rack off a deer that was shot in Iowa 3-4 years ago.

Ever shot a person? Talk about some life changing experience there. Do that and you'll never question shooting an animal again.

i live in a sportmans paradise. grew up hunting deer to ducks, but gave hunting up since the early 90s. i still do alot of fishing and have no problems putting them in the ice chest. and i aint no PITA type either. hunting is just not for me anymore. i raise sheep and rabbits for a hobby....sheep, i sell a few a year, i raise white rabbits so i cant tell the bunnys apart, so i can eat them.

Here is another fact about hunting that everyone has overlooked, Aside from hunting for food or a nice wall trophy, hunting also keeps the ecosystem in check. Just read for a second before you choose not to agree. If no one ever shot and killed anything, then we would be completly over run by deer cyotes, squarils, bear, ............. and every other thing that breaths oxygen. Hunting is a very important part of maintaining wildlife. Nature alone is not enough. They once did a study in Yellowstone National Park where they did not allow Elk hunting. You want to know what happend? Well there got to be some many that the natural vegitation was not enough to support all of them and they ended up in peoples back yards looking for food. Now they allow xxxxxx amount of elk hunting to ensure this does not happen agian. This is JMO. and you all can form your own.

I just like killing stuff.
When I was little it was ants and any birds that came near enough for me to take them out with an air rifle. I moved on to bigger stuff now, like prozzies.

I hunt and enjoy it. I'm sure the meat alot better than the what you buy in the supermarket.... I consider it a benefit of being the top of the foodchain.

so why is it that some of us are traumatized by seeing the death of something in front of us while others celebrate?!
i could care less about killing people. people are flawed with reason and choice. wild animals... are different.
i was a vegetarian for five years and currently only eat chicken and fish, but given some arguments here i may return to such limited edibles.
lastly, i just wanted some views, didn't really want to incite anger. hunters are a different species to me. i don't understand how you can look a deer in the eyes as it takes its last breath knowing you were the cause. not sayin you're wrong, sayin i don't understand it... at all.
except for the guys that kill sh1t for fun. you guys are tools

I work right next to a river. Twice a year you can go out there and its packed with fisherman. I mean literally right outside the door. Fish a flopping around all over the place, suffocating. At least when I shoot a deer in the neck or head, its a quick death.

At least if I shoot something it never saw it coming and lived a good life, maybe passed on its genes. Those chickens you eat probably lived most of their lives cooped up in a warehouse, living in shit and pumped full of hormones before having their throats slashed and being electrocuted. nice way to go huh
And the "i could care less about killing people" comment just shows your true colours. it sounds like you're 13 and trying to impress your buddies with how badass you are...
