    Water Toxic Poison?

Anyone hear of that girl who died from drinking too much water? I heard she was competing in a radio contest and died from taking in too much water at once. Anyone else hear of this? Got any details?

yea, you can't just down 2 gallons per min. but for those of us who drink tons of h2o ed, it would be rare to see such an effect. her body obviously wasn't used to processing a-lot of water. still....don't pound a gallon per minute, what's the point?

It's from taking all the electrolytes/sodium out of the body. If she could have had one gatoraid instead of water she would most likely be alive.
