Heaviest Deadlift and body weight???
What is everyone's heaviest deadlift and your weight? everyone knows that only true champions deadlift........everyone bench presses.
mine is 520 for 2 last saturday at about 228

i wish i could do heavy deadlifts. when i try im afraid of my hernia poping again, i can feel it so i stay away from them.

A small house... REALLLLY small. Im not found of the whole deadlift so I dont really go heavy on it.

215lbs- 515lbs x2 and I think I got hemroids from going that heavy..I just started doing deads less than a year ago and they have made me grow more than anything

Wish i could deadlift heavy again....about 4 years ago when i was totally natural i pulled 415x10 reps 1 wk out from my contest at 165lb....now, shit i dont dare deadlift for fear of injury again..

^^Drop the rep range CD.. and get back in the game.
Doc sust would agree that form slackens on higher rep schemes with this exercise... thus the risk of injury increases.
On another note...Doc sust... 700?!
