the mods/hall of famers only have so much power. so sometimes if no ADMIN is around, it takes more time to delete or ban.

You should do a search and check what the reaction at the time was....that would probably be insightful as well...if it's the kind of thing you're interested in....

I don't really see a reason to ever ban somebody, personally. Suspensions are cool, sometimes even over a month, but banning is just not necessary. So StayinStacked had 1000's of posts and lost of us liked him, he screws up once and gets banned for life - why not just suspend him for a couple weeks or so and send him a PM explaining why and say how you would like to have him back later after he changes his attitude??

Already done. He waited until his suspension was over and he could post again to purposely get banned.

Oh okay. Well there were some cases in the passed where people have been immediately banned and I think everybody should get at least 1 suspension 1st before banning, kind-of like a 2nd chance. What did SS say when he came back?

I think bannings should happen the first time if they use slang words for gays or racial terms. They know what they are doing and just want to stir up stuff Some people you can just tell won't last long

no, but it bothers me because:
1. I have to be a member of multiple boards (to chat with lifting distant buddies)
2. I don't talk so much, so that the same thing happens to me (And I'd like to be more chatty).

It would be far better if we voted people off like on Survivor, American Idol or the Weakest Link.
