i have already stated how i feel about all the people getting suspended/banned. lately there have been at least a few bullshit suspensions where the people were just suspended because some individual guy with a little power didn't like them. of course i am just not a very PC guy like you, but i think everyone (even you) will agree that 7months ago this site was 10x better. i don't post as much as i used to but i do still come on here almost every day, its not near as entertaining as it used to be but i still love helping very inexperienced people get their shit together as far as diet and training.

i was hoping i would have more clever and witty responses after working out but im just exhausted, and considering i have been suspended for A LOT less that what ive posted in this thread, it was nice knowing most of you.

i just had an idea, we could settle this with a friendly internet posedown, we would each post the 8 (i think) basic poses and make a thread with a poll where people could vote on one of us. i would need at least a few weeks to lean up a little, let me know how long you need. it would definitely help keep me motivated to train hard especially if i was competing against someone who i didn't really respect much. and it doesn't really matter who wins/loses, just like in a fight there would probably be a little mutual respect gained from both parties. let me know if you're interested, i think everyone who dislikes each other should settle it like this.
