These are the rules and guidelines of Anabolic Review.

We adhere to these rules for the protection of the board, and its members. There are no exceptions or allowances if you break these rules more than once.

2. DO NOT post asking where to get steroids , this includes pin and ancillary suppliers, pm an admin for instructions on how to proceed with this process.

*** the only exception regarding the above rules on steroid posting involve board sponsors.........this may be discussed with no penalty.****

3. There is no posting of another persons information without prior approval of the person in question.

4. We have a strict NO FLAME POLICY, if you continually post harassing other members, while offering no helpful or useful information, you will be banned.

5. There is no posting of pornographic pictures, messages or video's. This includes pictures in your AVATAR, as well as links to pornographic websites. We have quite a few female members that reside on A.R., and we intend to offer them the same environment as we do the male population here.

6. We tolerate no excessive foul language, we understand people need to vent or get a point across, but please just keep it to a minimum.

7. DO NOT post possible scammers on the main board. The Admins will be happy to handle any scammer problems, and if all checks out, the person in question will be posted where appropriate.

10. No Religious threads will be tolerated. If you post a thread about Religion, be it either good or bad, it will be deleted.

actually that crap this morning was funny and irritating all at the same time..

and he kept making post until i started changing what he was saying to reflect that he was going into gay porn.. (not that there is anything wrong with that)

but with the tools we have i was easy to stay ahead of him, i just had to wait around for admin to ban him..

it was a group effort by many involved..

I think that is what Whoody did, he had to have known that crap would get him banned. Guess they want to go out with a bang and don't care who they piss off. Although I will say in stayinstacked defense, he did have some good posts among his bad ones, I would say there were more good than bad. But it only takes one bad post to change it all.
