5'7" 175
bi - 15.5"
chest - 43"
quad - 24"
forearm - 14.5"

Damn, either you guys have big legs for your size or I have small legs for my size. I have 17.5" arms and 24.5" legs, yet you guys have 15.5" arms with 24" legs..hmmm..
Atleast they look pretty big..lol

Mine are 17.25." They look big from the side (and rear) but from the front the bi's look somewhat narrow but that's offset by profound vascularity onseason. My tri's are much thicker than my bis. Unfortunately for me I have a short muscle belly (when my arm is flexed there's a gap between my elbow and bicep muscle). That's not ideal for ultimate bi size.
