    Yours LOOK bigger than that, though. I think depending on body shape and bone structure two people's arms who are in reality the same size may look a lot different. I think 18inch arms at 5% bodyfat look bigger than 20in arms at 14% and that's all that matters on stage

    ive also never seen my arms as looking close to 20 could be the higher bf but ive noticed i seem to have most of my mass of my bicep on the inside head i guess is what you call it if i had my arms down beside me the inside is very thick and flexed looks like a softball sticking out but not near as impressive on the outside anything i can do to fix that?

    Well I havent measured in quite some time. I have very stubby arms, no joke I have super short arms. Everyone comments about them being so short. I think it makes them look bigger. I think I am very proportionate thought so I would say 17" is about right, maybe 18 I dunno.

    18.5" cold, maybe 19" pumped. They don't look all that big, though. When I was up to 280lbs. they were about .5" bigger so I didn't lose too much size when cutting.

    Bino, your arms look at least as big as mine. I do know a guy that has shorter arms and his 16.5-17" arms look bigger than mine so... it's possible that your's are only 17". Doubt it, though.
