Why Most People Can't Gain Wieght!!!

I am at work and we are having a Valentines day party, and a lot of people brought in sweets and a lot of people brought in healthy food. I ate more in 10 minutes and i have all day. If i had variety of healthy food already made in front of me, then i could gain wieght easy!!! But since i have to make things on my own and look at recipes that take forever, so i just don't make them.

It's like i know what to eat, but making it is just complicated. I am sure everyone is the same way, and some will say.....If you are dedicated then you will do it. I have planned my meals out before, but it's like a second job, and i am already swamped with other stuff.

I have a HUGE invention idea from this, but for Patent purposes i can't say...LOL. Think about the possiblities of what i just said.......MILLIONAIRE!!!

I think i have to much sugar in my blood...i better stop typing...ROFL.

once u get in the routine of cookin for yourself it isnt that bad...eggs and oatmeal in the morning...bread some chicken make sandwiches, broil some steaks..bbq chicken and steaks...cook a shit load of rice..if ur lazy just cook a shitload of everyhting and put it in the fridge for the week...

I cook 10 chicken breast at a time... every 3 days.. then fill in with other meals..

yeah, i cook a kilo of chicken in the morning and boil up a shitload of rice, i dont even weigh the rice..i know its enough though.
