Sorry to hear about that bro. I think we've all experienced this kind of a heart break - it brings back memories for me and the pain I felt when a girl i was whipped over broke it off with me. You do get over it.

When a person suffers as you are now they tend to ruminate (chew it over) trying to make sense out of it but thinking it to death is counter-productive.
