I blame the parents... if you kid were to eat healthy and exercise like most kids should... this shouldnt happen. if for some unexplainable reason your kid started to baloon up like that, like I wouldnt go bankrupt tryin to fix that problem...

its like that fat kid from england, his parents just let him get like that. who the hell are rasing kids like this.
