There is no medical condition in the world that can cause such a rapid amount of weight gain. I put 99.9% of the blame on the parents. Watching the video you have to remind yourself that she is only 7yrs old.

My god people, a 7yr old girl that will have no life, no fun, unable to play with friends outside.

That in itself is a tragedy. It makes me sick to think a parent can literally sit by and kill/ruin their childs life.

Its only worse because this is not an adult that has the mental capacity to take charge of their life and make the right decisions.

This is a little girl (not really but you get my point), she only knows what her parents tell her etc..

So many people are completely ignorant in terms of a correct diet and lifestyle its not even funny. With freakin' half the country being overweight..they just pass their dumbass eating habits down to their children..and this is what happens.

I know when I have kids they will live a healthy lifestyle. Sure, I won't put them on a diet you would find on here, but they would eat well balanced meals with very very limited junk food. They need to be taught early that the temporary satisfaction of eating junkfood does not outweigh the likely health risks that a junk food diet would produce..

Truly is sad. However, if a 7 year old can turn her life around and lose most if not all of that weight, it should instill some confidence in today's overweight adults.

I am sure her mental capacity is a bit behind the average 7yr old, think about it. She does not do the things a normal 7yr old does. She is physically incapable of playing with friends, going out, playing sports etc...

When I lived in San Diego, I had a dog and I would feed it as much as it would take - you name it everything. I thought it was funny for some reason.

Whatever that reason is, here parents feel the same about their daughter.

Okay, she might have some kinda eating disorder but she's got to the point where she cant exactly get to the fridge or cupboard without effort of help so someone is still feeding her.

In Britain there's a 10 year old boy that has an Asbo...it's kinda like a curfew given to young offenders. This kid goes home after threatening people with knives, throwing eggs and stones and smokes, drinks beer and, apparantly told by his "worried" parent, at least he doesn't take drugs anymore.

Some people should simply not breed.

not sure how i feel on this......yes the parents are to blame to let her get to this ridiculous size....BUT there has to be something gentically/mentally wrong with this child, growing up all i ate was pure junk, no fruits veggies ect, but i was very active/normal weight and healthy....doesn't this child get full? i certainly wont deny my children junk, but i wont be an r-tard and let them get 400lbs lol
