Well the question is pretty self explanitory. I bought a belt yesterday and did my back day with it and my dead lifts went up 90 pounds.... uhhh mabye i should have gotten this sooner?

I have only used it for my back day, but i think im going to incoperate it in all my training days, i have a feeling this belt could help a lot with shoulder presses with no back support and incline DB's on chest day when i really ark my back on those last couple reps to get the weight up.

so is a 90 pound increase rediculous? or whats the deal? is the belt really giving me an advantage and taking away from gains? or is it wokin in my favor?
