I was at 345 and 5'11 back in feb of this year... went down to 290 then went up to 304 ugh that damn 304.

Its been 17 months now, I was a 54: waist and now 34 ", I lost the first 100 in about a year or a little less. Yes its possible, you gotta get on a very low cal diet.

Right on thanks for the encouragement, honestly I have gotten more from you guys here in the forums than for my so called friends that I have known for years.

Well right now I am doing about 3100 cals a day.... but its a really low fat diet.... nothing but oatmeal, leam meats and chicken, and veggies.

Truth is Calgarian is one of the coolest guys I've met here. He even called me the day of my hernia surgery to wish me well. That speaks volumes for me.

I was doing around 2000 a day and they told that since I was a big guy that I was starving myself and that instead of loosing fat weight I was gonna be loosing muscle weight... thast why I bumped it up to 3000 cals a day..... damn ok what do I do now lol.
