Yes, try that have her invest her time and money to come and visit you... then you will find out how much she is into you.... and speak about where each person stands in serious relationships.... dont be afraid to speak out.... the worse thing that can happen is for her to say no.... but I am sure she will visit.... sounds like she is interested enough if she kept on trying to contact you after it was hard for her to do so.
