Cal are you still having problems with food? how many meals a day are you taking it sounds like you are still trying to get int he routine of your diet... I have no problem when people talk about food and I am eating my 5-6 meals a day when before I would only eat 2 or 3.

no I am on this diet for 3 months. Its just that its not enough cause I already lost so much weight.

if you are not full with what you are having to eat then yeha its not enough.... id you do your BMI and stuff like that when you did your diet... man I am stuff everytime that I eat a meal and its just 8oz of meat 8oz of oatmeal and lots of veggies.... and I get stuffed with that.....

eat some oats with every meal, if i get like that i put dry oats in water and drink them and that hold me over for a while

well yeah i am doing a cycle of Deca at 250mg/week...yeah i know nobody likes a deca only cycle...but it works for me LOL...and i already got PCT lined up...i wish i would have found this site before i ordered my cycle though cause i would have went with Clen /T3 first and then Deca/Sust..oh well live and learn...so i guess its not too bad that i'm staying at 265 seein as how i gained like 25 lbs on my first cycle of Deca 2 years ago when i didn't know shit LOL
