o yeah i do level 10 on eliptical so ha, yeah i know thats about a slow walk on the tredmill but i can control my heart rate better on eliptical

I had that problem fresh year of crew, at the begining of every practice the coach was like "ok guys go take 5 miles"

I was like wtf, I've never run 2 miles in my life. Within a week my shins were on fire. It gets better.

Now I run 3-5 miles once a week, but my knees don't appreciate it That's as much as I can do.

yeah man when i was in high school and started playing baseball after taking 3 years off my shins would do the same thing they are now...it sucks but atleast i know its working right? LOL...i only run 1 mile right now but am going to be picking up the pace here real soon...and i hear you on the knees...i am a tile guy and after 5 years of getting up and down all the time doing floor tile my knees are fvcked

200 is my goal too...but i think i will most likely end up at around 220 which is fine by me
