i went to school for 2 years for cooking. i worked in alot of nice restaurants but i just got so sick of cookin for others. so now i cook for myself when i can afford food that is. lol

Going very well thanks. i got the 150lb db up on flat bench which the experience was almost like christmas or my birthday or something like that. It hasn't even really sunk in yet that those went up. I need to get a vid so I can show everybody. Except I'd probably have to show my face and then if I posted it on youtube I'd just get a bunch of hate comments

We can all cook for ourselves love....It comes with the body building lifestyle. Of course, my man Duk with his superior culinary technique is in a class of his own

But cooking is a big part of most of our's daily routines.....We're renaissance men, we do it all!

Only 100s damn that sucks, at least you gotta bar right? I gotta a guy thats about to turn pro this year (probably) at the nationals and he bought all the heavy weights. But he only got up to the 160s. I just get a little worried because if I do get a national card in the next couple years I gotta step my game up and just tear it up but the gym doesnt have heavy enough weight for me. Like I'm about to be maxing out the seated cable row machine, thats not good. But I gotta get there first before I start worrying about getting heavy weight

I had a good workout last night, first time since the surgery that I've lifted a little heavy, still nowhere near my usual weight and maxs'. I'm gonna try decline sit-ups today...without the 45lb plate on my chest, not ready for that! lol
