It's basic electrical 101
it's not like DC where you have a positive and negative
one wire is the hot and it makes a sin wave from positive to negative never going further from zero than 115v
the other wire is grounded at zero
so out of the two wires in a two prong extension cord one is hot and one is ground. I could teach you everything electrical if you want to know.
I would probably try using a transformer to step down the voltage and use DC instead.

I'd try borrowing a car battery charger from someone and see if that gives you enough power to get you excited.

The only think i've take so far is whey protein and bcaa's.
I'd lke to know in order to have some minor knowlegde and don't feel alienated or say i have no clue when a serious sportman asks me for advice other than training or diet.
I've never planned on cycling. I'll be the kind of guy that would have hardcore side effects. Starting with roid rage and acne. I already have those naturally LOL.

I'd won't have a problem using steroids . Its just i can't.
I have anger management issues so i'll get roid rage .
got some acne so i'll get hxc acne.
My anxiety prolly will boost. etc
Its more for a health reason not morals.
