Just let the diet and exercise do the work, the clen will be there to help "speed" up the process but if you run out of it, who cares. When doing your workout just think of it as your sculpting the body, slow controlled reps with maximum stretch and getting the blood in the muscle. People get lost in the workout and just do the motion with less benefit. I have had to re correct myself several times. This is bodybuilding not weight lifting, most people here want that "look".
