    good to hear about your current cycle results... I'm keeping a watch on you as I have a friend that's big and want to lose some weight... why don't you put up a thread log or a blog about this so we all can keep updated in this regard, as well as to help you out man!?

    well they are not that good lol... i gained 10 lbs instead of losing weight lol... but I am still at it on the clen and going to change my diet and stuff like that...

    I was thinking of doing that before but I never got arcossed it.... once I start noticing results I will post a blog about it.
