I'm happy, my legs are solid like steal beams. I've gained 15-20 pounds. Usually I loose quite a bit of water coming off though, and then the definition shows. Lifts are strong. I'm trying to get my bodyfat down while staying the same weight.

I'm supposto meet with a surgeon durring surgery tomorrow. My secretary called me monday and told me not to let the surgery happen because this hospital is behind on paying their bill to corperate. I don't really care if they pay their bill or not. The surgeon is a total spaz, I'm just gonna do the surgery I think. I'm expecting some major fallout after and some calls from my boss.

it's not strict but I watch what I eat...kinda a rule of thumb is if it's real food and contains a good amount of protein, not a crazy amount of fat or bad carbs I let myself eat as much as I want. No simple sugars in my diet or pizza and crap food. I don't have trouble getting enough cals. I'm making progress this way. The real problem was all the time I was injured and not working out and eating like a total slob that caused my bodyfat to go way up.

leaving the chicks house i was about a mile down the road (she lives 30 mins from me in the middle of no where)

and it was dark and i didnt notice the 2 deer in the road so i came right up on them and had to slam on the brakes and swerve into the grass

good thing it was my moms new car. cuz if it was my car i would of just hit them. lol
