because my wrist isss ****ed, ( i havent done upper body )
i cant even open a door when its ****ed ( fvcked from riding )
so my bikes dont get ridden much ( i own a bmx mtb clothing and parts company, and ride competitively myself )

i used to bmx for a few years. then i got into moutain biking. then rock climbing. so i had decent legs. but im 6'3 so its a big harder to make them thick.

i'm 6'2" 6'3" and every muscle in my thigh is visible its great, got a layer of fat but its crazy to see the muscles come out ,,,
