yeah, i can see that. may have to addopt the same approach. mine are lagging a little, my arms are up to 19 now and my forearms are about half the size of yours. i didn't really start training them until a few years ago, so i guess that's how that happened..

start rock climbing. doing that made mine blow up. but since then i have lost some mass in them.

**** that's funny you said that, i was watching an episode of top gear yesterday where the bloke races a rock climber up a mountain in a car, and i said to myself, "look at that dude's forearms, i should go do some indoor rockclimbing to shock them back into growth". it starts to look a little silly when your arms start to outsize them.

it works. now when you rock climb your supposed to be using your legs for the majority of your movement. to many ppl pull themselfs up the rock and inturn burn their arms out to fast. if you use your legs to propel you up you will save alot of energy and last longer... but you wont get such a good workout on the forearms. to really tweak the forearms... do overhanging walls. that will kill ya.

this forum saved my life. no seriously it did. i was in car accident. cuz i was on my laptop browsing this site while driving and i wasnt payin attention and crashed into a rose petal. the car flipped 17 times. lucky i had my seat belt on. but the car came to rest on the roof. i was locked in by bent metal. no one around. so i still had my laptop in my lap... i logged in and made a thread saying..help, im stuck in my car... call the police. and the fine members of this forum did... saving my life.
