Haha well I dropped down to about 220 right now, but I was sitting at 240 for a long time. I personally don't really want to get under 15 % bodyfat, I definitely want to be lower than where I am. But I like looking full, and 15 or so seems cool with me.


I kinda wanna be 250/260 by Christmas with under 20%. Gain 10 pounds a month? Hmm...

Yeah, I hear yah. I used to be much bulkier, I'm by no means defined right now, but my muscles have shaped out a bit. But when I lost all that fat my arms went from 20" to 18.5", which where I think they are at now. they look better, but seeing that measuring tape go down made me sad haha
