This night i slept without pills...shit i feel so like shit.

I bee a major pain from doing squats on Saturday.. I mean major pain so I took some codine on sunday and slept all day long... yesterday the pain was still horrible. so I just stayed home since it would be useless to go to the gym and try to work out because I was still in major pain. I still have some pain but its not as bad as the past two days. I just really feel really really weak for some reason.

Yup I'm right handed. My right forearm is bigger than my left, I think it's 15 inches while my left is 14.5. And for upper arm my right is only 18/18.25 while my left is 18.75.

how does that happen? LOL. My right arm is significantly larger then my left though and i'm right handed. But i think its because i do construction so i use my right are for everything and lift heavy shit mainly with my right. and when i did tile for like 5 years straight i always held the tile out to set it with my right.
