    its HIIT, jog 4 min then do 20 second sprint 10 second jog 8 times followed by 4 min jog, it is supposed to burn more callories throughout the day than 45 min low intensity cardio....

    i kinda act like a dick in the gym but for good reason. guys will be supposedly be using a piece of equipment, but really just talking and doing occasional half-assed sets, so if i want to use it i will just walk up and take it. they rarely confront me about it

    i cant stand 95% of the douchbags in the campus rec center. there are very few that have the slightest idea as to what their doing. it is jam packed with guys who do bench and curls and such all the time. then of course it will be extra packed the few weeks prior to spring break cause of all those fvckin losers going to the beach who want bigger bis and ripped abs. and the whole staff has their heads up their asses. ARGGGGG!!!
