oh btw I am so proud of myself last night I did my bend over barbell rows with 95 lbs... that is a big improvement from using doing them with 35 lbs.

I was thinking of doing the hypers because they push my stomach in more than the ball crunches do.

noe more thing... you guys said that my process pictures looks like a big difference yet my weight number is not a big difference... so with that said I am not going to worry that much on the weight number anymore I am not going to let that set me back.

Teee heee I am silly. Would you do it 4 times a week, every week
Ex. Mon, weds, friday, sunday, mon, weds, fri, sun
Then you have 2 days in a row which would kinda mess you up wouldn't it?
Or if you go EOD it would be mon, weds, fri, sun, tues, thurs, sat. Which would be 400 mgs one week, 300 the next, averaging to 350 a wk like I said.

Nope I didnt weight myself in this week. I will do so Monday. I dont want to get into the habbit of weighing myself every week.
Plus last week I was really down on my energy levels and I just had some personal struggles I had to go through and in top of that I had the damn pain from the squats for three days that would keep me walking like a robot so I missed the gym three days out of the week. I know I felt like shit doing that but out of everything it was my personal strugles I was going through that kept me from going to the gym. so that is another reason why I didnt want to weight myself in this week cause I know that my number wouldnt go down, it would either stay the same or go up.

during those person strugle days I didnt feel like eating much so I just took the chicken and sometimes I wouldnt even finish the whole meal.
I start my new program of clen on oct 20th.
