nice dude!! i never came in first. alot of 2nds and 3rds. my brother was the natural. won a shit load of comps.
i dont know the V rating system. everyone i climbed with would always use the 5 system. its been so long. but i recall i was hitting some 5.9s with ease. one route i climbed on Seneca Rock in WV was a 5.10b. but that was a fluke. lol. i think it was just a good day.

Just dumbbell presses and dumbbell laterals and bent over laterals you'll get there, still away from the machines and press to get stronger week end and week out

Who were you sponsored by?? V is the system they use for bouldering, you know, no gear and short problem with maybe 7-12 moves, maybe more and low to the ground. Best I ever did was a 5.12a outdoors, 5.12c indoors and I never got sponsored (got pictures too). 5.10b is groupie work My boy is now ascending 13's and shoots videos for Rock climbing mag and has a special video on the Red Rock in Kentucky, one of the best selling videos in the magazine, its crazy. But he still isn't sponsored though

Dukkit- I remember when Chris Sharma (the young Lebron James of rock climbing, done the world's only 5.15a at the time 2001?? I think) came through our climbing gym and we were all working on this V6 bouldering problem and he just campused it. Campused= no legs just hands. We were like you fvcker. haha.
Probably at my best I could campus a 5.10 as long as the wall was slanted toward me. Use to do 6 pullups with just my two middle fingers, in other words a one finger pullup

doing legs heavy for the first time in well forever, what can i take before or eat before to keep me from cramping and just giving out fast? i have tourine and potassium, any other suggestions, i dint wanna look like a bitch in front of these guys no more than i have to lol

So dukkit did you lead climb or top rope. Ever done trad climbing with that gear, shits scary if you don't place your gear right.

that will be fun to watch cause another one of my friends who doesn't juice or has no idea we juice will be home for christmas. He always bitches at my 5'6'' freind about how he lifts and stuff. So it will be funny when they see each other around christmas time and he's huge.

i did both lead and top climb. depends where we went. i never trad climbed. i prefered to climb where there were already routes planned out with bolts and preset cracks and such to place protection. i wasnt a rock climbing enthusiast. i just did it cuz my step dad wanted me to. and it got me away from him.
and i remember chris sharma!! whatever happened to that dude. ill grab a rock and ice or climber mag everynow and then and never hear about him.
i can imagine him takin you guys to school man

what's that? Can you loose weight on tren ? Yeah, it's great. I went from like 255 or something up to almost 270 the first couple weeks. Prob mostly water. And my weight has been going down ever since pretty steady. It's good cause my bf is high. Interested to see what happens when I come off. I'll probably loose another 3 or 5 in water and look much leaner then when I started this cycle. Diet has been not too bad, beer intake has been low (for me anyway), strength is good. I'm happy overall with the result.
