amino acids are what is important for protein synthesis.

preworkout nutrition should be the emphasis as im sure you know digestion can take hours.

simple carbs are great for bulk. complex are great for lean bulk.

why does the tank need to be totally empty before you refill it? A little high glycemic carbs post workout. What does it hurt? If your replacing glycogen stores it isn't converting to fat.

BTW dukkit gatorade is superior to Apple Juice if your looking for a high glycemic carb.

yes, i never said it wasnt. im just sayin that you can use them for the same purpose, you may not get the same immediate results. but they both work.

oh man, my washing machine broke like a month ago with a full load in it and still full of water.
I left the clothes in there until this weekend. It smelled like fart juice. Came out clean after I washed at my parents house.

Just did a chest injection. It was different this time cause it was right in my face instead of looking at it in the mirror which made me nervous but it went in. Little bit of redness at the moment but nothing thats alarming.

haha yeah I know right. Nothing. I say if I get the extra dbol I'll probably get 10lbs on me plus I'll probably add to the 4-5lbs I lost while being sick last week. Hoping 15lbs in the first 6 weeks. Then maybe 6-10lbs on the Havoc. So hopefully around 240. Remember I'm just talking weight not LBM.

Post to self: after 17 days i've had an orgasm.
