I just got over a sickness, I hated it. Went to the gym one day trying to be all tough, was weak as shit and went to bed after. And it was 4 pm.

so this is my plan...2009 will be the year of seriious training and diet. When ripped to 10% i'll start my cycle in 2010. During 2009 i'll research al info avaiilable and get coseling from you juice heads. Also i try my insurace to cover my gyno surgery. That way i don't hae to worry about gyno on cycle.

When i'm sick it usually last 7-10 days. just 5 have passed. So 5 days more feeling like shit and no training i tried to do a pushup when waking up (been all day laying on the bed and i was unable) totally weak loser.
