what's your weight down to mex?
my weekend was ok, I went to visit my baby brother in Vermont. He's in a hospital there. Took him out to go golfing...the rest of the time I was cutting firewood, and I fixed the atv up there at my parents ski house. I love cutting down trees.

right on lol speaking of the gyno I was watching Discovery Health Channel on Friday night a show that is about people who go and get procedures done. This guy got the bypass surgery and his boobs were hanging worse than mine and he had lost 100 lbs in 6 months. He went into surgery to get the gyno done. The doctor IMO didnt do a good job his nipples looked like they were pressed down and the rest of his boobs were over them not a nice looking job...
He also went to get lipo on his thighs just that alone cost him 223,000 dollars how the hell can a college student afford that much money... crazy shit people do.

wow. A guy at my gym got gyno, chest reconstruction, nipple reduction, lipo (in chest and stomach) for 12.000 €. I think gyno surgery alone. just cutting tissue out cost about 2000-3000 €. so i think my assurace can cover all or atleast a big part, they cover lasik surgery so come on...

I went down 5 lbs I weight myself Sunday.
So now I am at 293
I went with my brother and my nephew to the mall this weekend. I tried on some XXL shirts and those things fit me not fitted by loose enough to where I can sit down and not have the buttons fly out. It was a nice feeling to be able to fit in them
I today I am wearing an XL wind breaker that my sister got me this past Xmas. For some reason she thought I was XL. the jacket was there in the closet hanging because it wouldnt zip up. I put it on this morning and that thing zipped up no problem. It was a great feeling.
My pants are still at 40 I did try some 38's but when it comes to my thighs they fit really really tight and I dont like that. So I am just going to stay at 40 until more time passes by.

2008 was one of the best years ive had in a long long long time

I know a way that my insurance can cover the lap band procedure 100% . My ex friend did it but it took him like a year of going to different doc appts and to shrinks and stuff like that just so that it could cover it 100%. I have a friend who is a registered nurse and he said that if I ever want to get it he has the connections so I can get it for free. I just want to do it natrually first without having to get anything like that done.
but like I said earlier if I dont loose most of the weight by the end of 2009 I will go the easy way and get either the lap band or the bypass.

sounds like you're making very good progress...you aren't going to need surgery with the amount of will power you have.
You might need your skin tightened up in some places so put some money aside for that, possibly abdominoplasty. Being young your skin is pretty elastic, but that will probably end up being the last phase of your transformation.

that's for sure, Bruder. I was almost happy when i was 14-15. I know i will never be like then. But being close to that will be ehrfürchtig!
I judge by (in this order):
- physical and mental Healty
- Good/healthy personal bonds with people you like
- job that provides me enough money to life good AND have a personal life. Don't wanna be a richman or something like that. Just a decent salary to do my cheap trips here and there, get my tattos every 4 months and buy the food and juice.
