workout is going great.... i am lifting more than before. I am off the clen completely. This is the 2nd week I will be off of it. I will not start a new program like I thought before so I will be natty. I will probably start a new program in Nov or sometime. Yes that is a total of 6 lbs. in about a three weeks time frame. Much better than with any other diet I have been on before.

I might be migrating the workouts into 4-5 days and get my weekends off that would work best with my schedule.

Another thing I started to do is that during out 10 min breaks at work instead of going to get my whey protein and then drinking it at my desk. I go outside and walk around the warehouse for those 10 mins then I come back and I drink my whey shake after my walk. that is 20 mins of cardio while at work and its low insensity.
