I know it sounds crazy but alot of the pros do this type of stuff where they take long periods of time off then do a short burst mass cycle then get ready for the show. Dorian did this, Levrone, and I heard somewhere that we'd all be shocked if we really knew how much Coleman took b/c according to Chad Nicholls it wasn't any where near the amount you'd think, at least thats what I heard anyway....

i was 6'3 at 265 my first cycle ended up 280 with less fat and second cycle started at 270 ended at 250 255, but my diets were extremely opposites, being my first was eat whatever the hell i could, i swear i ate mc donalds 2 times a day and this cycle i ate chicken chicken and more chicken and oats with some chicken lol

Yeah avoid eatting shitty. trust me. I notice a difference in the way I gain LBM compared to eatting McDonald's, juicin or not. The better you eat the better you will look, lots of chicken, eggs, steaks, oatmeal, brown rice, sweet potatos. <<<<--- Thats pretty much all I eat besides protein shakes for food sources. I have 56 meals a week and maybe 3 or 4 are cheat meals the rest is those foods
