    You will get there Mex, remember you just started. I've been at this for almost 5 years and have missed alot of friday and saturday nights out by sitting at home eating clean or working out, have put alot especially here in the two years. The more dedicated you are the more likely and faster it will happen

    Keep at it Mex progress usually happens in short burst then back off a little then plateau then another burst. At least thats how its worked for me even training natural it happens like that

    I like waiting longer periods b/w the few prohormone cycles I have done and after research I've only really done like 3 good ones the rest was like trib and shit. Not good to be going back on so quickly. The more you shut down the harder it is to maintain and be strong naturally meaning your gains will be stripped from you easier once you crash.
