I'm depressed. I just realized couple days ago how I let myself go.
I've been so demoralized and overwhelmed with gyno,school,work,drinking, partying,drugs here and there.....I just went downhill
But as soon as I can get back to the gym here in 3-4 weeks (****ing gyno surgery) . Im gonna get back with it. Diet back in check, lifting on a set schedule, no drugs, minimal drinking. I have too, I can't keep going on like this.
I use to be ripped and athletic. Now Im just the king of beer pong and smashing cans on my forehead
I can honestly say, this is the worst I've felt ever....or in a long long time
