    b/c of anxiety

    my gf and i both have shit we need to deal with in our lives and the sea is rocky now, and I'm scared of losing her or being hurt (she's probably gonna transfer soon)

    I nkow some would say this relatinship is causing my anxiety, but no, it's not, i just need to stop being anxious about little shit

    I love her so much tho!

    we'bv been together for 5 months and when i talk about the future togther it scares her and makes her doubt us b/c she doesn't wanna get hurt either

    I tried that split. good BUT delts are to burned after chest...shoulder are a weak weeeak point for me, so they have their own day with tris and i start first with delt.
