But i will never admit that it was my fault...because it wasn't....she shouldn't have done what she did....and that action caused me to hit her, no way i couldn't have....

my two accidents
drove car into a river on new years while totally hammered, and it was snowing and ice outside.

red light turned green, car in front of me started to go, took my foot off the brake and looked down at my cell phone as I started to roll forward. The car in front of me hadn't moved. She took her foot off the brake and put it right back on. It was a seebring convt. , the bumper got a little crack in it.

someone did the same thing to me at an intersection...only going straight.
car locked up brakes and stoped as fast as it could for what seemed like no reason.
I was behind them on my motorcycle. Front wheel locked, and I got to try out my frame sliders. Suprizingly no real damage to my bike. It hurt like a bastard, turned a pair of jeans to rags. Lots of scabs for a week or two.

Bike wouldn't start cause the tip over switch got triggered. I was pissed, but really it was my fault...following too close.
