    Raw egg is a little gooey, but then I have actually put it on a raw oyster with a little caviar... slimy and delicious.

    I just avoided eggs in my diet because of the bioavailability issue of raw. Seemed pointless to have a protein source that was hardly utilized included. I can choke down some wicked stuff, just not cooked eggs. I look forward to the cartons. I've long regretted not having eggs when they're such an awesome source of nutrition.
