    eh, i don't have to, but i feel like i sort of have to because if you workout first thing in the morning, then ALL that food afterwards is going to those freshly worked muscles

    whereas if i workout at like 5, it's ok, but i feel like that food before w/o is going nowhere (even tho this is completely false...but it's mental...i don't know)

    also you don't have to wait an extended period after a meal in order to workout... I eat 20-30 minutes before I workout every single day since I started.... don't think its fukked me up too much

    Work out later in the day, you'll have more energy and food in you. I usually go after meal 2, shake that shitty myth out of your head it will hold you back.

    Cooking eggs makes them more bioavailable. You've got it backwards.

    I wasn't telling him to do that cause it's bad, but he said he was worried bout that being too much food before a workout. So, if he doesn't wanna workout with that much shit jumbling around in his belly he can do that.

    once they are pasteurized the bioavailibility is 95% i believe, but raw it is closer to 70-75%

    I hate eggs. Just the smell of them cooking makes me want to vomit...

    Oddly, I have no such aversion to raw. Are the pasteurized egg whites in the carton at the store indistinguishable from raw? I've never used them.

    just get the liquid egg whites at the store and some 0mega 3 eggs so you can mix.... like half the carton or whatever is equal to 5 egg whites in liquid. pour it in a cup (I add a little milk) then drink it down.... and eat you about 2-3 whole 0mega eggs (the ones that are 660mg per egg are what you should look for. boiled, scrambled whatever just cook them) with some oats and a apple... there is your breakfast

    the liquid egg whites i get are cheap, come in 50g of protein per carton basically, and have almost no taste, if you drink them cold it tastes like water

    Costco had 5 lb whey tubs for 30 bucks each, I grabbed 4. Only 2 g's of carbs per 25 g's of protein, that's good for my cheap ass.

    been doing it for years in the morning but i also throw in some whole eggs to get my fatties in..... i recommend to everyone to put a little milk in there just enough to change the color.... taste like school milk once you do it... otherwise for me its NASTY!!!
