    So my doctor calls me and tells me that he was reviewing my chart and that he has never done any blood work on me to check for all that usual shit that they always check for... so he wants me to get some blood work done. He said that there could be a big chance that the reason why I am not losing weight is because of thyroid problem since I shocked my body once I started dieting in the shitty diet I did when I frist started. So he wants me to go get blood work done ehhh I dont know what thyroid problems have to do with blood work done but oh well.

    I think they are going to take out at least 5 vails of blood damn vampires.

    I just hope that none of the clen shows up or nothing haha.

    Last night at the gym I had such a great workout it was intense and a killer. I am so proud of myself I was able to do more weight on every workout than last week.

    Yeah, that would of been the good thing to do man. Here at work about 75% of the people are asian and they are always bringing in stuff like snacks or food and shit. I always accept it if it looks totally wrong I just throw it away in the low low but most of the time its really good stuff.

    Ever since they notice that I started dieting and losing weight, they really dont offer me stuff or they will bring something healthy for me. Now that is nice. One time this lady brought a box full of chinese cake slices. Then she came up to me and gave me a carton of baby tomatoes. That was nice of her.
