    I wouldn't doubt she is running that much really. The cycles they use to run back it the 70's and 80's are what are considered light doses for the women nowadays. Crazy, there is so many crazy shit out there that we only see the tip of the iceberg here.

    Well you need to add carbs in every meal except maybe the last one. Also since your only 135lbs change out two of the chicken meals with a lean red meat meal. And before bed red meat is fine or maybe cottage cheese, or casein shake.


    Add in some red potatos, sweet potatos, oats again in meal 6 and maybe one cup of brown rice during meal PPWO

    Ok, so does roast beef count for the red meat? or does it have to be groundbeef? Or steak?

    EFA's are good to add cause your body can't make them
    but in excess they're just more fat in your diet

    I usually cook everything in extra virgin oil and pour the shit on top and take 2000mg of 0mega 3 fish oil 3x a day. Fats are gooooooood

    well, geez you guys were debating the 100 cals you get from gatorade yesterday worried it would convert to fat. Thought I'd mention you could maybe cut back. 2-3 times a day is good. 2000mg is only like 20 cals from fat.
