    If you just wanna relax take 1mg of Lorazepam with breakfast, lunch and dinner. total 3mg/day. Enough to get you relaxed. About add meds I never took them. I refuse them. But thats up to you. Not necessary add are upper, not to everyone, but usally yes.

    i like upper before i lift, i take 30 ephidrine and about 4 to 600 cafeine before and during my workout..

    Who I'm worried about is this new guy vishus on here, he is a young guy and looks great at 19 5'11'' 210-220 (my estimate) and he says he has no cycles which is amazing

    reed is there anything you eat or drink if you know your going to need a ton of extra energy?
    im lifting legs heavy for first time is well ever with the powerlifters and im afraid im going to give out before we are done lifting due to muscle fatigue??? i took tourine already and have about an hour before we start

    Caffiene pills usually help me fight off fatigue pretty good.

    im not sure if i have the genetics either, too much fat to tell lol but i will know in another year if i could walk on stage or not, im 265 now and if i droped 50lbs i could prob do something now but i dont ever want to be that small

    Exactly man. I could definitely be a big freak, but not competetition worthy. Symmytry and balance and definition aren't programmed into me, but I'm gonna work out like it is haha.

    Yep caffeine pills. I usually eat a sweet potato and a chicken instead of a prework out 30 minutes before I work out. I take all my pre workout stuff as I'm eating. Thats what works for me though. I have to have a solid meal before any workout

    Beta Alanin, Kre Alk, AAKG, Caffeine, fish oil pills (for extra fat) is what I do. I get an incredible pump

    whats the purpose of the fish oils, i had spaghetti one hour before i start lifting and will start drinking my creatine bcaas taourine, acetyl l carnitine and alpha lipoic acid 30 min prior to workout throughout it
