Who I'm worried about is this new guy vishus on here, he is a young guy and looks great at 19 5'11'' 210-220 (my estimate) and he says he has no cycles which is amazing

reed is there anything you eat or drink if you know your going to need a ton of extra energy?
im lifting legs heavy for first time is well ever with the powerlifters and im afraid im going to give out before we are done lifting due to muscle fatigue??? i took tourine already and have about an hour before we start

im not sure if i have the genetics either, too much fat to tell lol but i will know in another year if i could walk on stage or not, im 265 now and if i droped 50lbs i could prob do something now but i dont ever want to be that small

Yep caffeine pills. I usually eat a sweet potato and a chicken instead of a prework out 30 minutes before I work out. I take all my pre workout stuff as I'm eating. Thats what works for me though. I have to have a solid meal before any workout
Beta Alanin, Kre Alk, AAKG, Caffeine, fish oil pills (for extra fat) is what I do. I get an incredible pump
