i did bi/tris yesterday and was having a great workout, but it got screwed up cause this dude decided to try to be all cool and put 6 45s on each side of the leg press, which is all the 45s in that area so i couldn't do close grip presses, then someone took my spot on the cables, so i walked back to ask the dude on leg press how many more ego sets he was gonna do and someone took the smith machine i had set up for close grip

I worked out at the Y on someone's guest pass yesterday and they have the same prob with the plate loaded leg press machine...they sould take those things out of gyms. Or gym's who have them should buy more plates.

I think it should come pre-loaded with two 100 lb plates welded on.

The thing has so much mechanical advantage it takes every plate in the place for some people to get a workout. It's stupid.

i agree, my gym as 6 100lb plates just for the leg press so you don't have to load it with tons of 45s
