    I've been ok, life is just kicking me in the ass every now and then, but i'm learning how to refocus my energy and I'm ready to get back in the gym and just worry about working on myself. I was a lot happier when my life revolved around working out.

    But anywho, how life, and women?

    hey kats and reed..i'm sitting here in Carlsbad, CA at a beach resort with my mom and sister and nephew...having thanksgiving here...they got a small fitness area here so i got to workout tonight and then right after i jumped in the pool and then got in the jacuzzi...damn its nice here LOL

    F*ck, my neck is killing me. It's been like this the past few days. I dunno what happened, but it basically paralyzes me in pain during the night and doesn't allow me to sleep. Then when the sun rises the pain goes away with me getting basically no sleep.
