life is full of both risks and rewards. i ingest ethanol at a level which provides certain benefits without undue risk of "poison" or damage.

that's how i argue with that. since I am an intelligent person (160s, since you like to quote such things) and make careful decisions which have so far led me to success in life, I believe that my decision to ingest this substance at certain times, places, and doses is an intellligent decision.

I had no point. I just wanted to know which benefits do you experience when taking alcohol i didn't asked for a prove of those benefits. Just state them.
