    so...i got my BMRx1.55 (or should i use the 1,725???) which results in 2665 Cals for maintanance.
    I wanna Cut. Now what???
    How many cals should i consume? And how do i split them?
    Im thinking about carbs for breakfast, postwork out and PPWO.
    The days i don't lift i will do cardio at the same hour. For 50 mins.
    Should i have the same PWO and PPWO as if i just lifted???

    Im the only fat.
    Shit is for those 10 days i was slowly loosing some fat and in 3 days BOOM! rebound effect out of nowhere and i've got all that fat back and some extra. I never had problems dropping fat, i seems that now i do.

    I've been called skinny as hell... concentration camp victim... ill... starving... Never chubby. My natural bodyweight before picking up a weight was just over 100lbs (about 48 kilos!). I'm probably heavier than you now. No one calls me skinny anymore.
